Absolut really lights up the taste buds in your mouth. It doesn’t have an unpleasant initial taste but it does have sort of a disinfecting feeling on the tongue. It’s very noticeable going down and leaves a pretty harsh hard alcohol taste long after the drink is finished. Judged on taste alone Absolut isn’t bad, but if you like a smooth vodka then there are much better choices.
